Welcome to the After-School Clay Workshop!

In this creative and engaging workshop, kids will have the opportunity to craft a vase with floral decorations, a teacup, a saucer, and a small milk pitcher. They’ll explore a variety of techniques, including working with molds and applying textures, sparking their imagination along the way. The instructor will provide examples and guide students step by step through each project.

While emphasizing the principles of color and form, the workshop encourages students to tap into their intuition and creativity, making each piece truly unique.


Workshop Objectives:

   •   Foster creativity and self-expression through the medium of clay.

   •   Encourage participants to infuse their authentic style into their creations.

   •   Develop attention to detail while embracing the joy of the creative process.

In the final weeks of the class, students will have the chance to use the clay wheels to further expand their skills!
