Full Semester: Tuesdays 3:15 - 4:15 for grades 3 and 4

Welcome to the after school Clay Workshop! In this creative workshop, kids will craft a lantern to brighten the dark autumn days, a snack bowl perfect for family gatherings, and a hanging flower pot. They'll also explore various design themes like flowers, moths, or birds, sparking their imagination along the way. The instructor will provide examples and guide them step by step through each project. While following the principles of color and form, students will be encouraged to tap into their intuition and creativity.

Workshop Objectives:
● Foster creativity and self-expression through the medium of clay.
● Encourage participants to infuse their authentic style into their creations.
● Emphasize attention to detail and the joy of the creative process.

In the final weeks of the class we plan to use the clay wheels.
