Founded by chess grandmasters Leonid Kritz and Eugene Perelshteyn, Four Knights Chess Academy focuses on developing special skills that will benefit children outside of the chess game, and make kids intellectually stronger and more creative in their approach to solving problems. Their program uses chess as a tool to teach kids how to visualize and manipulate complex structures in their mind, ask the right questions to solve problems efficiently, and work under time pressure. Students will learn chess in a way that incorporates both skill building and acquiring a unique set of skills useful in academic and professional careers
