GISB Winter Vacation Program is a bilingual day camp that provides a varied program in a German language setting. Students engage in a creative and seasonal program where they get to explore GISB and the neighborhood. With field trips, visitors, adventures around school, and lots of games, there is never a dull day. Every group has a different theme that encourages students to dive deep into a topic while enjoying time with their friends in a safe and supportive environment.
The mission of the GISB vacation programs is to provide a well-structured and balanced childcare option that provides a safe environment focused on learning about and playfully exploring the week's theme with an emphasis on promoting the German language.
The Winter Vacation Program takes place Tuesday - Friday, February 17 - 20, 2026. Due to Presidents' Day, there is no camp on Monday, February 16th. Camp hours are daily from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with an extended day option until 5:00. Drop-in hours for the 3:00 - 5:00 pm extended day are available for individual days at $50/day. There is no hourly drop-in option.
